At Mobile GSM store, we do not have a return policy. If the phone is defective or incorrectly shipped, we can accept returns within 7 days. We DO NOT have a return policy for any other reasons other than the ones stated above. Please feel free to email us for any questions or concerns on questions info@mobilegsmstore.com to avoid any confusion.
Defective Merchandise
At Mobile GSM store, we do not receive many complains on our merchandise. If there is a defective product, there is a one year international warranty with the phone company that you have purchased. These warranties are meant to be used with the respective company abroad, and not back in the United States. While we keep the highest brands, and do not receive many complaints on products, we do not guarantee or warranty any of our products ourselves. As many products may be damaged in your traveling process, we cannot assume any of that responsibility.
Adapters/Regulator (Refund or Exchange Policy)
We DO NOT offer any warranties on adapters/regulators. We test our products before shipping and they are all in working order. The reason we do not offer any warranties is because IF they are used incorrectly, these products can burn out.
